HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING DIRECTOR – 1
.
Scope of Position: A self- starter who functions with minimum supervision and is an excellent team player and a catalyst that will ensure coordination of all departments in collective decision making and advise the management on Human Resources and Training related issues.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
.
Qualifications: University Graduate preferably in Human Resources / Personnel Management
.
Special Skills: Excellent conceptual and communication skills. Good knowledge of Hotel operations. Good general education with special industrial training in HR Management and Development. Excellent counseling and interpersonal skills. Highly interactive and people friendly.

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – 1 (Maldivians only)
Scope of Position: Provide support in the various day to day functions of the HR & Training Department and up-keeping of all hosts personnel files and details and in dealing with all host-related issues as per company policy.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
.
Qualifications: Certificate in Human Resources Management
.
Special Skills: Excellent conceptual and communication skills, good knowledge of the HR operations, good all round knowledge of hotel operations.

ASSISTANT LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR – 1
.
Scope of Position: Responsible for assisting the Laundry Supervisor with the efficient operation of all laundry functions, particularly linen & uniform room and maintaining the areas in a good condition.
.
Experience: A minimum of 1 years experience within five star luxury hotels in similar role. Knowledge in laundry skills, stock taking, linen/uniform room procedures.
Qualifications: Full high school education and completion of chosen academics.
Special Skills: Ability to plan and implement Laundry programs and policies and to train and supervise staff. Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.

BARTENDER – 1

Scope of Position: To ensure polite, efficient and the highest standard of beverage service in accordance with the resorts beverage procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
.
Experience: A minimum of 1 years experience within five star luxury hotels and resort bar operations in the capacity of a bartender. Any equivalent or combinations of beverage related experience is acceptable.
.
Qualifications: Full high school education and completion of chosen academics.
.
Special Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resorts SPL’s policies regarding beverage services. Any courses relating to further knowledge of wine, cocktails etc. are also preferred and welcomed. Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.

WAITER – 2 (Maldivians only)
.
Scope of Position: To ensure polite, efficient and the highest standard of restaurant service in accordance with the resorts food and beverage procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience within five star luxury hotels and resort restaurant operations in the capacity of a hostess. Any equivalent or combinations of food & beverage related experience is acceptable.

Qualifications: Full high school education and completion of chosen academics.
.
Special Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies, any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service are also preferred and welcomed.
